Being fair, it's above Dan Dierdorf's normal level.

The teams I have listed are just teams that I enjoy watching videos of. Not necessarily good teams. (I like the Browns because of their Cardiac nature, and the horrendous trench coats. Oh and Bill Cowher and Bernie K). I can't watch Pats films. I hope they lose every game. I have about 7 of their games and every time I've wanted the other team to win. Except I hope Hannah does well... Which he normally does... |

Probably why he has fallen so far down draft boards. And I didn't actually read the book as it would have required me caring |
I read a while ago that the NFL was thinking of expanding the America's Game series to teams which hadn't won Super Bowls. I thought it was a stupid idea that would never see the light of day, and yet on NFL Total Access yesterday the words "America's Game: Missing Rings - 81 Chargers" appeared.
Yep, I'm sure Kellen Winslow and Dan Fouts want to talk about freezing half to death and losing an anticlimatic AFC Championship game in Cincinnati. |

Ha. Best. Game. Ever. The win in balmy Miami really took it out of them. I wonder, is that the biggest swing in temperature between two consecutive games for one team. Surely it must be. With windchill, the Bengals game was the coldest ever yeh? I remember an interview, where Fouts said that one of his receivers (Chandler, or possibly Muncie) came in the dressing room from on the pitch and said "Guys. Everything that your wearing to keep warm... take it off. It aint gonna make a bit of difference!". Or something like that. |
James... Can you PM me your address btw?
I got my merch through last night. Needless to say, I'm currently repping Navy, Penn State and The U on my travels. I feel very odd! |

Didn't the Vikings of the mid 70s develop some kind of condition from going from extreme cold to warmth (for Super Bowls)? I think I vaguely recall it being part of the reason they built the dome there. |
Nice to see Jerry Jones getting down to hard work this off-season.

Looking good, cap wise.
http://www.finheaven.com/forums/f2/s...-a-241535.html Unlike the Jets. :lux: And until reading that article I didn't know that Dwight Smith was now with the Lions. From the ultimate high point (2 TDs in a Super Bowl win) to 0-16. Ouch. |
I like this plan:
Jets cut Coles. Coles' good friend Penny talks him into coming to Miami on (a bit) less cashola. Coles heads up a WR core that also includes Ginn, Camarillo, Bess and a late draft pick. Mmmm. Tasty. |

It wasn't a good condition! It was something to do with circulation or something I think (will need to look it up).
Oddly it didn't seem to affect the Packers (2-0) or Steelers (4-0) of the same era. |
Old article that says about Elliott's points about the 81 Chargers:

Was weird last night. No NFL on telly :(

Yeh. Fortunately TA was on though.
Dave Lapham is cool. Is he the guard who now does commentary? I like him if so, seems like a nice guy. Strath - I think was Jazman was suggesting that in building the dome, it didn't help Minnesota win any games. Not that having a condition would help you win games! |
What did confuse me in my research yesterday is the franchise thing. In that what teams used to be who and the like as I have been caught out before assuming the Baltimore Colts are now the Indy Colts ...
