Me, u, saxon = 3.

Add my Dad in that makes 4.

Bellyman is a Patriot, I know that from the UKPats.

So thats 5. We're halfway there.

I have the email of the guy that sends out the fan club emails and is the director of Interactive Media. He hosts the Pats Radio shows. I'll see what I can get him to do. :p

Good idea though.

Did I miss the Lingerie bowl?

pauldrulez 05-02-2009 12:15 AM

Oh, jj.

I remembered something I wanted to ask.

The entire Steelers Offensive Line are Free Agents this year. In all honesty, they aren't coming back are they?

As I was listening to a podcast (yes, a Patriots one) and they were talking about an incident at a Press Conference after the game where a reporter basically said it would have helped if Big Ben had a useful Offensive Line. Tomlin in other words told him to go F himself.

But, I can see the Steelers rebuilding it through the draft and Free Agency rather than re-signing the 5 that are on their way.

Do you need a Right Tackle? You can have Kaczur ;)

We definately won't retain them all I'm sure. I really hope they work out a deal with Max Starks at LT, he's been pretty solid, although on far too much money this year.

I doubt Kemoeatu is worth keeping if he wants a big contract. Marvel Smith is definately out, he's been having back problems the past couple of seasons and Trai Essex is more of a backup so if money is decent I wouldn't mind.

The biggest problem is Willie Colon though, he's been abysmal all year at RT and draws far too many penalties for holding and other stuff. He's a RFA so they'll probably keep him for small money, but an idea I've heard is moving him to RG instead. That makes a RT a big need in the draft, unless they wanna take a chance on Tony Hills, 4th round pick last year.

Then there's CB McFadden who probably wants a truckload of money, but should be 2nd priority after Starks

Other FA's include WR Nate Washington who's been pretty solid this year and definately worth keeping, Leftwich will probably try and get a starter job somewhere, so we'll most likely resign Batch on a smaller contract. Other than that punter Berger will likely be out since Sepulveda is coming back from injury, thank god

And the Steelers rarely make any big signings in free agency, so can't really see that happening, although I wouldn't mind Vernon Carey from the Dolphins, but I'm sure he'll have other, better offers.

Can't believe there's evidence to support that!

Steelers = the new Pats. ;)

Watching the celebrations on Tv last night in Pittsburgh. I know it's a big achievement and all that but anyone else think the players were acting like fools? I found it embarrasing to watch ...

Pfft, if you can't act like a fool right after a SB win, then when can you?

Love this picture of Polamalu stagediving, or is it really a flying ninja kick heading in Ryan Clark's direction

thank god it wasn't Casey Hampton :D

No offence, and I agree ... Ryan Clark's speech was one of the ones I saw though ...

Yea, I do believe a parade like that might not be suited for a wider audience, other than the teams fans really. No matter how silly they make themselves look the fans will still love them, but other teams fans might be a bit more critical. One thing I found stange though was William Gay dressed in all red, but I read he did go to Louisville, guess that could be why

Spot on fella. Maybe the calls for the 7th next season wouldn't go down that well and the fact that Ryan Clark was 'smashing everyones faces' all season ..... :D

Tomlin specifically stated there would be no talk of repeating or 'going for seven' next season, so I guess it's just a bit of hype with the big crowd, Clark's comment wasnt the smartest thing to say really.

Fair play fella. Well congrats to you all the same ...

Looking forward to next season already :p

Im so glad that the decision was right. I allways thought it was untill I saw Paul's picture and I couldn't believe it was true! I just think that its better for the cardinals to lose to a great catch than a bad call... that would just be too gutting!

jazman 05-02-2009 07:39 PM

Good call JJ, still images never count for anything in scenarios such as that ... What a play to win any match, but the Superbowl, that is something special ...

pauldrulez 05-02-2009 07:56 PM

Is the right foot actually on the floor in the 2nd pic?

I'm not doing this for confrontation, but unless my eyes are tricking me, there is a small gap.

I'm probably wrong and at first look they were down, so who knows.

I'll give it...
