Was this a loan approach?

If a loan hewould of had his wages paid in full though surely?

We would have paid part with Juventus playing the rest. His contract wouldnt suddenly change terms just because he went on loan. It’s in Juventus interest to spread the cost to us. He most think he can get a bigger club or work his way back into the starting eleven.
