He was huge in Germany. Had some classics.

Found a few of his records in my dad's vinyl collection from yesteryear. Quite emotional listening to them. He really did have a great voice.
I think I prefer the German version of Albany as it's quintessential Deutsche Schlager Musik. Explains how he tapped into the German market so well over there as they love that carnival stuff.

Great voice. Rest in peace. Ive tried to mimic his singing style when im having a sing song around the house.
He did Morning Has Broken and Streets of London aswell.... but too fast!
